Free Installation in Singapore
After completion of order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to indicate preferred installation slot. Installation slots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis with a 2-3 weeks’ lead time.
The lock must be installed in Singapore and together with a door closer. Installations performed without a door closer will render warranty as voided.
30-day Returns
You can return a Product for a refund within thirty (30) days if you are dissatisfied after purchasing the Product on our official store.

3-year Warranty
- We provide up to 3 years Product Warranty to igloocompany Products (“Products”) sold in Singapore.

Total Privacy Protection
Your privacy is our priority and we keep all your data in-house. Your biometric data is stored directly on your lock, not on a vulnerable server. Our highly secure servers are powered by AWS, and are designed to safeguard your information from unauthorized access. We never sell your data—ever.
Multiple modes of entry
Choose from a range of options, including PIN codes, Bluetooth keys, RFID credentials, or the Bluetooth key fob to unlock your digital lock. Physical keys are also available as a backup in case of unforeseen circumstances.
