If you've purchased this product with any of our door locks, it will be delivered upon installation. Please present your invoice to the installer on the day of your appointment for verification and collection.

You can return a Product for a refund within thirty (30) days if you are dissatisfied after purchasing the Product on our official store.

2. Our Product Warranty covers original Products against defects in quality and materials under normal use.
