Yes. Every igloohome digital door lock and gate lock bought from our Singapore store includes free installation. Our installer removes your existing lock, fits the new one, tests all unlock methods, and walks you through the igloohome app and your first PIN codes. This covers all digital door locks (Mortise Touch, Push-Pull Mortise, Mortise 2+, Mortise 2, Lever Mortise, Lever Mortise 2, Deadbolt Go, Deadbolt 2S, Rim Lock, Retrofit Lock), the Gate Lock, and bundles such as the Starter Lock Kit and Pro Lock Kit. After you check out, you will receive a scheduling link by email to pick your installation date and time. Our mortise locks fit HDB, BTO, condo and landed doors 40mm to 70mm thick.

To change igloohome digital lock batteries, you need to know which smart lock models you have. For example, to change the batteries for Mortise Touch you can push the battery cover upwards to remove it first then insert AA batteries.

Always use alkaline batteries, such as Energizer, Duracell, and Panasonic. Also, batteries should be changed every 8 - 10 months to prevent battery liquid leaks. You can read more details in this article.
