If you've purchased this product with any of our door locks, it will be delivered upon installation. Please present your invoice to the installer on the day of your appointment for verification and collection.

You can return a Product for a refund within thirty (30) days if you are dissatisfied after purchasing the Product on our official store.

1. We provide a 1 year Product Warranty to igloocompany Products (“Products”) sold in Singapore.
2. Our Product Warranty covers original Products against defects in quality and materials under normal use.
3. You can access our Product Warranty in full here.
4. By using our Products, you also agree to be subject to igloocompany’s End User License Agreement, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Any application of the Product near combustible or explosive environments is at the user’s sole and exclusive risk.
